Please note the 3 Points below when sending messages

1. When Originator or sender ID contains characters, the length should not be more than 11 Characters. For example, Originators like Our President is not valid because it is more than 11 characters. You can shorten it to President

2. When you want to use a phone number as Originator or sender ID, prefix it with a plus. For example, 234802896802 is not correct but +234802896802 is correct.

3. Please ensure you check first Messagelog and Failed Message after sending your messages. If the messages are in the messagelog, it means they have been sent. If messages are in the failed messages, check possible cause of failure, correct the problem and send again.
